THEN a blind and dumb demoniac was brought to him, and he cured him, so that the blind and dumb spoke and saw.

and looking up to heaven he groaned, and said to him, Ephphatha, which is, Be opened. And immediately his ears were opened, and the cord of his tongue was loosed, and he spoke correctly. And he charged them to tell no one; but as much as he charged them, so much the more they proclaimed [his works].
