And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass and took the five loaves and the two fishes; and looking up to heaven, he blessed and broke and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude. And they all ate and were filled, and they took up of the fragments that remained, twelve baskets full. And those that had eaten were about five thousand men besides women and children.

And Jesus said unto them, How many loaves have ye? And they said, Seven and a few little fishes. And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground. And he took the seven loaves and the fishes and gave thanks and broke them and gave to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude. read more.
And they all ate and were filled, and they took up of the broken food that was left seven baskets full.


Then Jesus called his disciples unto him and said, I have mercy on the multitude because they persevere with me now three days and have nothing to eat, and I desire not to send them away fasting lest they faint in the way. Then his disciples say unto him, From where do we have so much bread in the wilderness as to satisfy so great a multitude? And Jesus said unto them, How many loaves have ye? And they said, Seven and a few little fishes. read more.

In those days, as before, there was a great multitude, and they had nothing to eat; Jesus called his disciples unto him and said unto them, I have mercy on the multitude because they have now been with me three days and have nothing to eat; And if I send them away fasting to their own houses, they will faint by the way, for some of them came from afar. read more.
And his disciples answered him, From where can anyone satisfy these men with bread here in the wilderness? And he asked them, How many loaves have ye? And they said, Seven. And when it was evening, his disciples came to him, saying, This is a desert place, and the time is now past; send the multitude away that they may go into the villages and buy themselves food. But Jesus said unto them, They need not depart; give ye them to eat. And they said unto him, We have here but five loaves and two fishes. read more.
