As soon as you are come into the city, ye shall straightway find him before he goes up to the high place to eat, for the people will not eat until he comes because he must bless the sacrifice, and afterwards those that are invited eat. Now therefore go up, for about this time ye shall find him.

And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass and took the five loaves and the two fishes; and looking up to heaven, he blessed and broke and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.

And he took the seven loaves and the fishes and gave thanks and broke them and gave to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.

And when he had thus spoken, he took bread and gave thanks to God in presence of them all; and when he had broken it, he began to eat.

and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you; this do in remembrance of me.

And they all ate and were filled, and they took up of the fragments that remained, twelve baskets full. And those that had eaten were about five thousand men besides women and children.

And they all ate and were filled, and they took up of the broken food that was left seven baskets full.

And they departed and went through the towns, preaching the gospel and healing every where. Now Herod the tetrarch heard of all that was done by him, and he was perplexed because it was said of some that John was risen from the dead, and of some, that Elijah had appeared, and of others, that one of the old prophets was risen again. And Herod said, I have beheaded John, but who is this of whom I hear such things? And he desired to see him. And the apostles, when they were returned, told him all that they had done. And he took them and went aside privately into a desert place belonging to the city called Bethsaida. And the people, when they knew it, followed him, and he received them and spoke unto them of the kingdom of God and healed those that had need of healing. And when the day began to wear away, then came the twelve and said unto him, Send the multitude away that they may go into the towns and country round about and lodge and get victuals, for we are here in a desert place. But he said unto them, Give ye them to eat. And they said, We have no more than five loaves and two fishes, unless we should go and buy food for all these people. For they were about five thousand men. And he said to his disciples, Make them sit down in companies of fifty. And they did so and made them all sit down. Then he took the five loaves and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed them and broke and gave to the disciples to set before the multitude. And they ate and were all filled, and there was taken up of fragments that remained to them twelve baskets.

Then his disciples say unto him, From where do we have so much bread in the wilderness as to satisfy so great a multitude? And Jesus said unto them, How many loaves have ye? And they said, Seven and a few little fishes. read more.

And he sent away the multitude and took ship and came into the borders of Magdala.

In those days, as before, there was a great multitude, and they had nothing to eat; Jesus called his disciples unto him and said unto them, I have mercy on the multitude because they have now been with me three days and have nothing to eat; And if I send them away fasting to their own houses, they will faint by the way, for some of them came from afar. read more.
And his disciples answered him, From where can anyone satisfy these men with bread here in the wilderness? And he asked them, How many loaves have ye? And they said, Seven. But Jesus said unto them, They need not depart; give ye them to eat. And they said unto him, We have here but five loaves and two fishes. read more.
