Thematic Bible: Penalty for not observing

Every one that remaineth then of all the people, which came against Jerusalem, shall go up yearly, to worship the King, even the LORD of Hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles. And look: what generation upon earth goeth not up to Jerusalem for to worship the King, even the LORD of Hosts: upon the same shall come no rain. If the kindred of Egypt go not up, and come not, it shall not rain upon them neither.
