Perishing » Who shall not perish

Set therefore in your hearts, not to practise beforehand to justify yourselves: For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all they opposed to you shall not be able to contradict nor withstand. And ye shall also be delivered up by parents, and brethren, and kinsmen, and friends; and they shall put of you to death. And ye shall be hated by all for my name's sake. And there shall not a hair of your head perish.

And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the desert, so must the Son of man be lifted up; That every one believing in him perish not, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only born Son, that every one believing in him perish not, but have eternal life.
Perishing » Those that perish
For truly the word of the cross to them perishing is foolishness; but to us saved it is the power of God. For since in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, God was contented by the foolishness of proclaiming to save them believing. And since the Jews ask a sign, and the Greeks seek wisdom: And we proclaim Christ crucified, to the Jews truly a stumbling-block, and to the Greeks foolishness; And to these the called, to both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and wisdom of God. For the foolish thing of God is wiser than men; and the weak thing of God is stronger than men.
