But God is the judge. He put one down, and lifts another up. For in the hand of LORD there is a cup, and the wine foams. It is full of mixture, and he pours out of the same, surely [to] the dregs of it. All the wicked of the earth shall drain them, and drink them.
For LORD is a great God, and a great King above all gods. In his hand are the deep places of the earth. The heights of the mountains are also his. The sea is his, and he made it. And his hands formed the dry land.
The king's heart is in the hand of LORD as the watercourses. He turns it wherever he will.
