Thou put away all the wicked of the earth like dross. Therefore I love thy testimonies.
Take away the dross from the silver, and there comes forth a vessel for the refiner.
Fervent lips and a wicked heart are an earthen vessel overlaid with silver dross.
Thy silver has become dross, thy wine mixed with water.

I will not break my covenant, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips. I have sworn once by my holiness; I will not lie to David. Behold, God is mighty, and does not despise. He is mighty in strength of understanding. He does not preserve the life of the wicked, but gives to the afflicted [their] right. He does not withdraw his eyes from the righteous, but he sets them forever with kings upon the throne, and they are exalted.

And I will bring the third part into the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried. They shall call on my name, and I will hear them. I will say, It is my people, and they shall say, LORD i
And he will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver. And he will purify the sons of Levi, and refine them as gold and silver. And they shall offer to LORD offerings in righteousness.
The refining pot is for silver, and the furnace for gold, but LORD tries the hearts.
