A king by just judgment establisheth the land; but he that taketh gifts overthroweth it.
In the multitude of people is the king's glory; but in the lack of people is the ruin of a prince.

The God of Israel said, The Rock of Israel spoke to me, The ruler among men shall be just, Ruling in the fear of God;

Hear this, I pray you, ye heads of the house of Jacob, and princes of the house of Israel, that abhor judgment, and pervert all equity, that build up Zion with blood, and Jerusalem with unrighteousness.
