And hearing it he said, The well need not a physician, but the sick. Go and learn what this means: I wish for mercy and not a sacrifice; for I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.
For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour, who wishes all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of truth.
