But Philip found himself at Azotus, and as he passed through he kept preaching the gospel to all the towns until he came to Caesarea.

On the next day we left and came to Caesarea, and entering the house of Philip the evangelist, who was one of the seven, we stayed with him.


When Herod had searched for him and could not find him, he examined the guards and ordered that they be put to death. Then he went down from Judea to Caesarea and stayed there a while. On the following day he entered Caesarea. Now Cornelius was expecting them and had called together his relatives and close friends.
