When Jesus saw that he was very sad, he said: How difficult it is for those who have riches to enter into the kingdom of God! He replied: Things that are impossible with men, are possible with God. Then Peter said: Behold, we have left all and followed thee. And he said to them: Verily I say to you, There is no one that has left house, or parents, or brothers, or wife, or children, for the sake of the kingdom of God, who shall not receive manifold more in this time, and in the age to come, eternal life.

Then Peter answered and said to him: Behold, we have left all and followed thee; what, then, shall we have? Jesus said to them: Verily I say to you, That, in the restoration, when the Son of man shall sit on his glorious throne, you also who have followed me shall sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. And every one that has left houses, or brothers, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive a hundred fold, and shall inherit eternal life. But many that are first shall be last; and the last first.
