Thematic Bible: What is sanctified

The heavens and the earth and their immense arrangement were completed. By the seventh day God had finished his work. He rested from all his work on the seventh day. God blessed the seventh day and made it holy. This is because he rested from all the work of creation he had done.

The Spirit explicitly says that some will fall away from the faith (truth) in later times. Spirits and doctrines of demons will seduce them, through the hypocrisy of men that speak lies, branded in their own conscience as with a hot iron. For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be rejected, if it is received with thanksgiving. This is because it is sanctified through the word of God and prayer.
