Thematic Bible: What love is

Owe no man any thing, but to love another; for he that loveth another, hath fulfilled the law. For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, thou shalt not kill, thou shalt not steal, thou shalt not bear false witness, thou shalt not covet, and if there be any other commandment, it is summed up in this saying, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Love worketh no evil to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

Grace be with you, mercy and peace from God the Father, and from Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love. And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment as ye have heard from the beginning, that ye may walk in it.
