Serve Jehovah with gladness and come before his presence with a joyful song.
Serve Jehovah with deep respect and rejoice with trembling.
I will give the peoples a pure language. They may all call upon the name of Jehovah, to serve him (united in total agreement and purpose) shoulder to shoulder.
Brothers, you also died to the law through the body of Christ; that you should be joined to another, even to him who was raised from the dead, that we might bring forth fruit to God. When we were in the flesh, the sinful passions, which were through the law, worked in our members to bring forth fruit to death. We have been discharged (released) from the law. We have died to that by which we were held. So we serve in newness of the Spirit, and not in oldness of the letter.
