Let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other.
I will give the peoples a pure language. They may all call upon the name of Jehovah, to serve him (united in total agreement and purpose) shoulder to shoulder.
That is why it was called Babel (confusion) because Jehovah confused the language of the whole world. Jehovah scattered them from there over the face of the whole earth.

Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.

They are from the world. They speak that which is from the world and the world listens to them.
