The wise one will hear and he will add learning: and he understanding, shall obtain guidance:
And I gave to you shepherds according to my heart, and they fed you with knowledge and understanding.
Incline thine ear and hear the words of the wise, and thou shalt set thy heart to my knowledge.
Bring thy heart to instruction, and thine ears to the words of knowledge.
And this I prey, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and all intelligence;
In punishing him mocking, the simple shall become wise: and in instruction to the wise one he will take knowledge.
For now we see by a mirror in an enigma; then face to face: now I know by parts; and then shall I know as I was known.
To give craftiness to the simple, and to the youth, knowledge and meditation.

And now, brethren, if I come to you speaking with tongues, what shall I profit you, except I speak to you either in revelation, or in knowledge, or in prophecy, or in teaching?
