Give to him that asks of thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.

And with Jesus sitting in front of the ark of the offering, he beheld how the people cast money into the ark and many that were rich cast in much. And as there came a certain poor widow, she threw in two mites, which make a farthing. Lamed The wicked borrows and does not repay: but the righteous shows mercy and gives.

The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower is slave to the lender.
