2 Bible Verses about Beams

"And why do you look at the mote in your brother's eye, and fail to notice the beam which is in your own eye? "Or how will you say to your brother, 'Permit me to remove the mote from your eye,' when, behold, the beam is in your own eye? "Hypocrite! First cast out the beam from your own eye, and then you will see clearly how to cast the mote out of your brother's eye.

"Or how can you say to your brother. "Brother, allow me to pull that splinter out of your eye," when you do not see the beam in your own eye? Hypocrite! Take out first the beam from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take out the splinter from your brother's eye.
