Jesus said to her: Touch me not, for I have not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say to them, I ascend to my Father and your Father, and to my God and your God.

For those whom he foreknew, he predestinated to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the first-born among many brethren:

For both he that sanctifies, and those who are sanctified, are all of one Father: for which reason, he is not ashamed to call them brethren, saying: I will declare thy name among my brethren; in the midst of the assembly, will I sing hymns to thee.
