For they can die no more; for they are like the angels, and are the sons of God, being the sons of the resurrection.

For you have not again received the spirit of bondage, that you may fear; but you have received the spirit of adoption, by which we cry, Abba, Father.
Behold, how great love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called the children of God! For this reason, the world knows us not, because it knew him not. Beloved, now are we the children of God, and it does not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
in hope, that even the creature itself shall be made free from the bondage of corruption, and introduced into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
that you may be without reproach and Harmless, the children of God, without blame, in the midst of a wicked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as luminaries in the world,
Beloved, now are we the children of God, and it does not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

For those whom he foreknew, he predestinated to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the first-born among many brethren:
"Wherefore, it behooved him to be made like his brethren in all things, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, in order to make expiation for the sins of the people.
We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren: he that loves not his brother, abides in death.
We love him, because he first loved us. If any man say, I love God, and yet hate his brother, he is a liar: for he that loves not his brother, whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?
And I heard a great voice in heaven, saying: Now has come the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren, he that accused them before our God day and night, is cast down.
Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and sojourners, but fellow-citizens with the saints, and of the household of God,

For this man is counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who has builded the house, has more honor than the house. And Moses indeed was faithful in all his house as a servant, to bear testimony to those things which were to be spoken afterward; but Christ, as a Son over his own house; whose house we are, if we hold the confidence and the joy of our hope firm to the end.
