Yet if you warn the wicked, and he doesn't turn from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but you have delivered your soul.

Jesus said therefore again to them, "I am going away, and you will seek me, and you will die in your sins. Where I go, you cannot come."

When a wicked man dies, hope perishes, and expectation of power comes to nothing.

you shall die in peace; and with the burnings of your fathers, the former kings who were before you, so shall they make a burning for you; and they shall lament you, saying, "Ah Lord." for I have spoken the word,' says the LORD."'"

They spend their days in prosperity. In an instant they go down to Sheol.

The east wind carries him away, and he departs. It sweeps him out of his place.

He who is often rebuked and stiffens his neck will be destroyed suddenly, with no remedy.

He shall be rooted out of his tent where he trusts. He shall be brought to the king of terrors. There shall dwell in his tent that which is none of his. Sulfur shall be scattered on his habitation.

How long will you not look away from me, nor leave me alone until I swallow down my spittle? If I have sinned, what do I do to you, you watcher of men? Why have you set me as a mark for you, so that I am a burden to myself? Why do you not pardon my disobedience, and take away my iniquity? For now shall I lie down in the dust. You will seek me diligently, but I shall not be."

How they are suddenly destroyed. They are completely swept away with terrors.

Sheol from beneath has moved for you to meet you at your coming. It stirs up the dead for you, even all the rulers of the earth. It has raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations.

to take part in this ministry and office of apostle from which Judas fell away, that he might go to his own place."

His memory shall perish from the earth. He shall have no name in the street.

The LORD's face is against those who do evil, to cut off the memory of them from the earth.

The memory of the righteous is blessed, but the name of the wicked will rot.

Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked?" says the Lord GOD; "and not rather that he should return from his way, and live?

They are appointed as a flock for Sheol. Death shall be their shepherd. The upright shall have dominion over them in the morning. Their beauty shall decay in Sheol, far from their mansion.

"But God said to him, 'You foolish one, tonight your soul is required of you. The things which you have prepared?whose will they be?'

It happened that the beggar died, and that he was carried away by the angels to Abraham's bosom. The rich man also died, and was buried. In hell, he lifted up his eyes, being in torment, and saw Abraham far off, and Lazarus at his bosom.

When the whirlwind passes, the wicked is no more; but the righteous stand firm forever.

He made a path for his anger. He did not spare their soul from death, but gave their life over to the pestilence,

For what is the hope of the godless, when he is cut off, when God takes away his life?

But if the LORD make a new thing, and the ground open its mouth, and swallow them up, with all that appertain to them, and they go down alive into Sheol; then you shall understand that these men have despised the LORD."

For evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for the LORD shall inherit the land. For yet a little while, and the wicked will be no more. Yes, though you look for his place, he isn't there.

But the wicked will be cut off from the land. The treacherous will be rooted out of it.

The fear of the LORD prolongs days, but the years of the wicked shall be shortened.
