Then Martha said unto Jesus, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother would not have died.

For thou hast delivered my life from death; thou hast kept my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living.
For thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling.
Surely God will ransom my soul from the hand of Sheol when he shall take me. Selah.
For thou wilt not leave my soul in Sheol; neither wilt thou suffer thy Merciful One to see corruption.
For great is thy mercy upon me, and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest part of Sheol.
Let the sighing of the prisoners come before thee; according to the greatness of thy power preserve those that are appointed to die
If thou forbear to deliver those that are drawn unto death and those that are ready to be slain,
