Ye shall not steal, and ye shall not deal falsely, and ye shall not lie one to another.
Lying lips are an abomination to Jehovah; but they that deal truly are his delight.
Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
He that uttereth truth sheweth forth righteousness; but a false witness deceit.
A false balance is an abomination to Jehovah; but a just weight is his delight.
Divers weights, divers measures, even both of them are abomination to Jehovah.
They profess to know God, but in works deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and found worthless as to every good work.
Yea, cursed be the deceiver, who hath in his flock a male, and voweth and sacrificeth unto the Lord a corrupt thing; for I am a great King, saith Jehovah of hosts, and my name is terrible among the nations.
Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, for ye are like whited sepulchres, which appear beautiful outwardly, but within are full of dead men's bones and all uncleanness. Thus also ye, outwardly ye appear righteous to men, but within are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness.
