but encourage one another every day, as long as we can still speak of Today, so that no one of you may have his heart hardened by the pleasantness of sin.

For our appeal does not rest on a delusion, nor spring from any impure motive; there is no fraud about it. God has thought us fit to be intrusted with the good news, and so we tell it, making no effort to please men, but to please God, who tests our hearts.

I beg you brothers, to listen patiently to this appeal, for I have written you but briefly.
