For many will come in my name, saying, I am the Christ, and will deceive many.

Many will come in my name, saying, I am He; and will deceive many.

And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived. For many will come in my name, saying, I am He, and the time is at hand. Go not after them.

Then if any one say to you, Lo! here is the Christ; or there, believe him not.

And then if any one shall say to you, See! here is the Christ; see! there; believe him not.

For there will rise up false Christs, and false prophets, and will show great signs and wonders, so that, if possible, even the chosen will be deceived.

For false Christs and false prophets will rise up, and will do signs and wonders, to lead astray, if possible, the chosen.

For as the lightning cometh from the east, and shineth even to the west, so will be the coming of the Son of man. Wherever the carcass is, there will the eagles be gathered together. And immediately after the distress of those days will the sun be darkened, and the moon will not give her light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.read more.
And then will appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven; and all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and will see the Son of man coming upon the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he will send forth his angels with a great trumpet, and they will gather his chosen from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

But in those days, after that distress, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give her light; and the stars will be falling from heaven, and the powers that are in the heavens will be shaken. And then will they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.read more.

And woe to the women with child, and to those with children at the breast, in those days! And pray that your flight be not in winter, nor on a sabbath. For there will then be great distress, such as hath not been from the beginning of the world to this time; no, nor shall ever be. And were not those days to shortened, no flesh would be saved; but, for the sake of the chosen, these days will be shortened. Then if any one say to you, Lo! here is the Christ; or there, believe him not. And if the Lord had not shortened the days, no flesh would have been saved; but for the sake of the chosen whom he chose, he shortened the days. And then if any one shall say to you, See! here is the Christ; see! there; believe him not. For false Christs and false prophets will rise up, and will do signs and wonders, to lead astray, if possible, the chosen.
