4 Bible Verses about Fretting

Foolishness maketh a man to go out of his way, and then is his heart impatient against the LORD.

{A Psalm of David} Fret not thyself because of the ungodly; neither be thou envious against the evil doers. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and be withered even as the green herb.

Hold thee still in the LORD, and abide patiently upon him: but grieve not thyself at one that hath prosperity, and liveth in abomination. Leave off from wrath, and let go displeasure; let not thy jealousy move thee also to do evil.

Be not careful: but in all things show your petition unto God in prayer and supplication with giving of thanks.
