But if I live in the flesh, this is the fruit of my labor: yet what I shall choose I know not.
For you shall eat the labor of your hands: happy shall you be, and it shall be well with you.
Then said he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few;
Now I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that often I purposed to come unto you, (but was prevented thus far,) that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among other Gentiles.
Which is come unto you, as it is in all the world; and brings forth fruit, as it does also in you, since the day you heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:
That you might walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few: pray you therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth laborers into his harvest.
What fruit had you then in those things of which you are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.
But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, you have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.
Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.
