Jesus saw Nathaniel coming to him, and saith of him, Behold an Israelite in reality, in whom there is no guile!

For hereunto have ye been called, because Christ also hath suffered for you, leaving you a pattern, that ye should follow his steps; who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth:

Thereupon Herod secretly calling to him the Magians, enquired very particularly of them the time of the star's appearing, and sending them to Bethlehem said, Go, and procure the most exact information respecting this child; and when you have found him, bring me intelligence, that I may come, and pay him homage also.

For your obedience is gone forth in report to all men. I rejoice therefore on your account: but I wish you to be wise indeed unto good, but harmless respecting evil.
