It is what existed from the beginning, that we announce; what we have heard, what we have seen with our own eyes, what we have beheld, and touched with our hands; it is the very message of life??2 for life has been revealed, and we have seen it and testify to it and announce to you that eternal life that was with the Father and has been revealed to us??3 it is what we have seen and heard that we announce to you also, so that you may share our fellowship, for our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ,

for you shall be his witness before all men of what you have seen and heard.

Jesus answered, "Go and report to John what you hear and see.

And he answered them, "Go and report to John what you have seen and heard. The blind are regaining their sight, the lame can walk, the lepers are being cured and the deaf can hear, the dead are being raised and good news is being preached to the poor.

With many such figures he told them the message, as far as they were able to receive it.

"Everyone, therefore, who listens to this teaching of mine and acts upon it, will be like a sensible man who built his house on rock.

If anyone comes to me and listens to this teaching of mine and acts upon it, I will show you whom he is like.

And anyone who listens to this teaching of mine and does not act upon it, will be like a foolish man who built his house on sand.

But the man who listens to it, and does not act upon it, is like a man who built a house on the ground without any foundation. The torrent burst upon it, and it collapsed at once, and the wreck of that house was complete."

She had a sister named Mary, who seated herself at the Master's feet, and listened to what he was saying.

And when they heard it they were amazed, and they went away and left him.

All the tax-collectors and irreligious people were crowding up to hear him.

I tell you, the time is coming??t is here already!??hen those who are dead will listen to the voice of the Son of God, and those who listen to it will live.

Why do you question me? Ask those who have heard me what it was that I said to them. They will know what I have said."

Saul's fellow-travelers stood speechless, for they heard the voice but could not see anyone.
