Forget not hospitality: for by this some knew not having treated angels with friendship.
Is it not to break thy bread to the hungry, and thou shalt bring the wandering poor to thy house? when thou shalt see the naked and cover him; and thou shalt not hide from thy flesh.
But when thou makest an entertainment, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind:
And he will say, Thou shalt not strike: whom thou tookest captive with thy sword and with thy bow; strikest thou? set bread and water before them, and they shall eat and drink and go to their lord. And he will purchase for them a great purchase: and they will eat and drink, and he will send them, and they will go to their lord. If therefore thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for doing this, thou shalt heap up-coals of fire on his head.
And happy shalt thou be; for they have not to give back to thee: for it shall be given back to thee at the rising up of the just.
