What may we say, then? are we to go on in sin so that there may be more grace?

For the reward of sin is death; but what God freely gives is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord.

So it is no longer I who do it, but the sin living in me.

Anyone who is a child of God does no sin, because he still has God's seed in him; he is not able to be a sinner, because God is his Father.

Have no false ideas about this: no one who goes after the desires of the flesh, or gives worship to images, or is untrue when married, or is less than a man, or makes a wrong use of men, Or is a thief, or the worse for drink, or makes use of strong language, or takes by force what is not his, will have any part in the kingdom of God. And such were some of you; but you have been washed, you have been made holy, you have been given righteousness in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God.

Because the mind of the flesh is opposite to God; it is not under the law of God, and is not able to be:

But I say, Go on in the Spirit, and you will not come under the rule of the evil desires of the flesh. For the flesh has desires against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; because these are opposite the one to the other; so that you may not do the things which you have a mind to do. But if you are guided by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

You have been put to no test but such as is common to man: and God is true, who will not let any test come on you which you are not able to undergo; but he will make with the test a way out of it, so that you may be able to go through it.

Everyone who is a sinner goes against the law, for sin is going against the law. And you have knowledge that he came to take away sin: and in him there is no sin. Anyone who is in him does no sin; anyone who is a sinner has not seen him and has no knowledge of him.read more.
