8 Bible Verses about Narrowness

The angel of Yahweh stood in the narrow path of the vineyards, [with] {a wall on either side}. When the donkey saw the angel of Yahweh, she pressed herself into the wall, and she pressed the foot of Balaam into the wall, so he struck her again. Then the angel of Yahweh went further ahead and stood in a narrow place where there was not a way to turn aside [to the] right or left.

My child, may you give your heart to me, and may your eyes delight in my ways. For a deep pit is a prostitute, and a narrow well is {an adulteress}. She [is] also like a robber lying in wait, and the faithless among mankind she increases.

For the bed is too short {to stretch out on}, and the covering is [too] narrow when wrapping oneself.

"Enter through the narrow gate, because broad [is] the gate and spacious [is] the road that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it, because narrow [is] the gate and constricted [is] the road that leads to life, and there are few who find it!

And he was going throughout towns and villages, teaching and making [his] journey toward Jerusalem. And someone said to him, "Lord, {are there only} a few who are saved?" And he said to them, "Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will seek to enter and will not be able to,read more.
when once the master of the house has gotten up and shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock [on] the door, saying, 'Lord, open [the door] for us!' And he will answer [and] say to you, 'I do not know where you are from!' Then you will begin to say, 'We ate and drank in your presence, and you taught in our streets!' And he will reply, saying to you, 'I do not know where you are from! Go away from me, all [you] {evildoers}!' In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when you see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but yourselves thrown outside! And they will come from east and west, and from north and south, and will recline at the table in the kingdom of God. And behold, [some] are last who will be first, and [some] are first who will be last."

And [there were] narrow windows for the alcoves and for their pilasters to [the] inside of the gate {all the way around} [it]. And likewise [with respect] to the porticos and windows [were] {all the way around} to the inside, and on a pilaster [there were] images [of] palm trees.

the thresholds and the framed windows and the galleries around the three of them. Before the threshold [was] a covering of wood all around, and [from] the ground up to the windows, and [all around] the windows, [they were] covered.

And the upper chambers narrowed, for [the] galleries took away [space] from them more than [they took] from the lower [levels] and more than [they took] from the middle [level] [in the] building.
