In that same hour some Pharisees came, saying to him, "Get out of here, and go away, for Herod wants to kill you." And he said to them, "Go and tell that fox, 'Look, I cast out demons and perform cures today and tomorrow, and the third day I complete my mission. Nevertheless I must go on my way today and tomorrow and the next day, for it cannot be that a prophet perish outside of Jerusalem.'
We must work the works of him who sent me, while it is day. The night is coming, when no one can work.
This is the Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show to his servants the things which must happen soon, which he sent and made known by his angel to his servant, John,
"When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be troubled. Such things must happen, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places. There will be famines. These things are the beginning of birth pains.

There will be terrors and great signs from heaven.
This Good News of the Kingdom will be preached in the whole world for a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.
Now I say this, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God; neither does corruption inherit incorruption. Behold, I tell you a mystery. We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we will be changed.read more.
For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that each one may receive the things in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.
After these things I looked and saw a door opened in heaven, and the first voice that I heard, like a trumpet speaking with me, was one saying, "Come up here, and I will show you the things which must happen after this."
