And he brought him outside and said, "Look toward the heavens and count the stars if you are able to count them." And he said to him, "So shall your offspring be."

" 'And when the person who discharges becomes clean from his body fluid discharge, he shall count for himself seven days for his cleansing; then he shall wash his garments, and he shall wash his body with {fresh} water, and he shall be clean.

" 'And you shall count for yourself seven Sabbaths of years, seven times seven years, and they shall be for you {time periods of} years: {forty-nine} years.
