But you are an elect race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people, that you should declare the virtues of him who called you out of darkness into his glorious light;

Not that the word of God has failed of being accomplished. For all are not Israel who are of Israel; neither, because they are a posterity of Abraham, are they all children; but in Isaac shall your posterity be called; that is, the children of the flesh are not the children of God, but the children of the promise are accounted the posterity.

And whoever walk by this rule, peace and mercy be on them, and on the Israel of God.
