Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion, and loosed him, and forgave him the debt.
And when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave them both. Tell me therefore, which of them will love him most?
Simon answered and said, I suppose that he, to whom he forgave most. And he said to him, Thou hast rightly judged.
To whom ye forgive any thing, I forgive also: for if I forgave any thing, to whom I forgave it, for your sakes I forgave it, in the person of Christ;
But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father who is in heaven forgive your trespasses.
