5 Bible Verses about Prayer Language

And in like manner also the Spirit helps our weakness. For we know not what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit makes intercession for us with groanings unutterable;

For he that speaks with a tongue speaks not to men but to God; for no one understands him, but in spirit he speaks mysteries;

For if I pray with a tongue, my spirit prays, but my understanding is unfruitful. What then is [to be done]? I will pray with the spirit, I will pray also with the understanding; I will sing with the spirit, I will sing also with the understanding;

praying with all prayer and supplication on every occasion with the spirit, and watching in the same with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints,

But you, beloved, build yourselves up in your most holy faith, pray with the Holy Spirit.
