And the multitudes continued to say, He is the prophet Jesus, the one from Nazareth of Galilee.

And Jesus said to them; A prophet is not without honor except in his own country, and among his relatives, and in his own house.

And Jesus and His disciples went away into the villages of Caesarea Philippi; and on the way He asked His disciples, saying to them, Whom do the people say that I am? And they answered Him saying, John the Baptist: and others, Elijah; and others, One of the prophets.

And fear seized them all: and they continued to glorify God, saying that, A great prophet has arisen among us: and, God has looked upon His people.

And He said to them, What speeches are these which you are interchanging to one another, walking along? And they stood still, looking sad. And one, whose name was Cleopas, said to Him, Dost thou only sojourn at Jerusalem and not know the things which have taken place in it in these days? And He said to them, What? And they said to Him, The things concerning Jesus the Nazarene, who was a prophet-man mighty in work and word before God and all the people.

The woman says to Him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet.

But having gifts differing according to the grace given unto us, whether prophecy, it is according to the analogy of faith;

And he gave some, apostles; some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

If I may speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not divine love, I have become a sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. And if I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, and have not divine love, I am nothing.

Then what is it, brethren? When you may come together, each one has a psalm, has a lesson, has a revelation, has a tongue, has an interpretation. Let all things be done to edification.
