The wicked watches the righteous, and seeks to kill him.

Joseph remembered the dreams which he dreamed about them, and said to them, "You are spies. You have come to see the nakedness of the land."

Joseph said to them, "It is like I told you, saying, 'You are spies.'

But Rahab the prostitute, her father's household, and all that she had, Joshua saved alive. She lived in the midst of Israel to this day, because she hid the messengers, whom Joshua sent to spy out Jericho.

By faith, Rahab the prostitute, did not perish with those who were disobedient, having received the spies in peace.
