Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High:
And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry;
First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world.

So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.
I thank thee, and praise thee, O thou God of my fathers, who hast given me wisdom and might, and hast made known unto me now what we desired of thee: for thou hast now made known unto us the king's matter.
Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.

He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
