Think not that I have come to destroy the law or the prophets; I have not come to destroy but to complete.

And from Moses, and from all the prophets, he interpreted to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself.

For if you had believed Moses, you would have believed me; for he wrote of me. But if you believe not his writings, how will you believe my words?

but all this was done that the writings of the prophets might be fulfilled. Then the disciples all forsook him and fled.
