5 Bible Verses about Timidity

For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power and love and self-discipline.

Now if Timothy comes, see that he is with you with nothing to fear, for he is doing the work of the Lord, just as I am. So let no one despise him. Send him on his way in peace, that he may return to me; for I am expecting him with the brethren.

I, Paul, myself urge you, by the meekness and gentleness of Christ, I who am humble when face to face with you, but bold to you when I am away!

And we urge you, brethren, admonish the idlers, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with everyone.
