I say, then, Walk in the Spirit and you shall not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh. And these are contrary to one another; lest whatever you may will, these things you do.

For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord; walk as children of light

for we walk by faith, not by sight;

See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
