redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Be not foolish therefore, but understand what the will of the Lord is.

And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men;

Walk in wisdom towards those without, redeeming the time. Let your words always be with kindness, seasoned with salt, that you may know how to answer every one.

Let him that has stolen steal no more, but rather let him labor, doing that which is good with his hands, that he may have to give to him that needs.
