And he saith to them, Why are ye fearful, ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the waves; and there was a great calm. And the men marveled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the waves obey him?
And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said to the waves, Peace! be still! And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. And he said to them, Why are ye so fearful? How is it that ye have not faith? And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, Who then is this, that even the wind and the waves obey him?
And they came and awoke him, saying, Master, master, we are perishing! And he rose, and rebuked the wind, and the surging of the water; and they ceased, and there was a calm. And he said to them, Where is your faith? And they were afraid, and wondered, saying one to another, Who then is this, that he commandeth even the winds and the water, and they obey him?
The wind bloweth where it will; and thou hearest the sound thereof, but knowest not whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
that ye may become sons of your Father who is in heaven; for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
although he left not himself without witness, in that he did good, giving you rain from heaven and fruitful seasons, filling your hearts with food and gladness.
Elijah was a man of like nature with us, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain; and it rained not on the earth for three years and six months; and again he prayed, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.

And the ship being caught, and unable to face the wind, we gave up to it, and were driven along.
