'Arrest' in the Bible

So the men of Judah said, “Why have you attacked us?”They replied, “We have come to arrest Samson and pay him back for what he did to us.”

They said to him, “We’ve come to arrest you and hand you over to the Philistines.”Then Samson told them, “Swear to me that you yourselves won’t kill me.”

When the king heard the word that the man of God had cried out against the altar at Bethel, Jeroboam stretched out his hand from the altar and said, “Arrest him!” But the hand he stretched out against him withered, and he could not pull it back to himself.

Although they were looking for a way to arrest Him, they feared the crowds, because they regarded Him as a prophet.
