'Betrayed' in the Bible
Simon the Cananaean, and Judas the Iscariot, who also betrayed Him.
As they were travelling about in Galilee, Jesus said to them, "The Son of Man is about to be betrayed into the hands of men;
"We are going up to Jerusalem, and there the Son of Man will be betrayed to the High Priests and Scribes. They will condemn Him to death,
The Son of Man is indeed going as is written concerning Him; but alas for that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It had been a happy thing for that man if he had never been born."
Then He came to the disciples and said, "Sleep on and rest. See, the moment is close at hand when the Son of Man is to be betrayed into the hands of sinful men.
