'Blessed' in the Bible

After he took the children in his arms, he placed his hands on them and blessed them.

Both those who went ahead and those who followed kept shouting, "Hosanna! Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord!

Blessed is the coming kingdom of our father David! Hosanna in the highest!"

But he was silent and did not answer. Again the high priest questioned him, "Are you the Christ, the Son of the Blessed One?"
