'Boisterous' in the Bible

She is boisterous and rebellious,Her feet do not remain at home;

The woman of folly is boisterous,She is naive and knows nothing.

You who were full of noise,You boisterous town, you exultant city;Your slain were not slain with the sword,Nor did they die in battle.

The Lord of hosts will defend them.And they will devour and trample on the sling stones;And they will drink and be boisterous as with wine;And they will be filled like a sacrificial basin,Drenched like the corners of the altar.
