'Cared' in the Bible
The LORD found him in a desert land, in a barren, eerie wilderness. He surrounded, cared for, and guarded him as the pupil of his eye.
But the LORD asked, "You cared about a vine plant that you neither worked on nor cultivated? A vine plant that grew up overnight and died overnight?
He said this, not because he cared about the destitute, but because he was a thief. He was in charge of the moneybag and would steal what was put into it.
"At this time Moses was born. He was beautiful in the sight of God, and for three months he was cared for in his father's house.
We cared so deeply for you that we were determined to share with you not only the gospel of God but our very lives. That is how dear you were to us.
